What it does

RavenWatch makes it easy to keep track of time spent on each project. Set your hourly rate, start a timer while you work, and pause it whenever you take a break. A small floating timer stays visible while you use other apps. See your hours and earnings in one place, and add or correct time entries when needed. When it’s time to share your work, create a report for a project or date range. Add your name, logo, and payment link before saving it as a PDF. RavenWatch works without an account or internet connection. Your information stays on your computer, and you can make backups whenever you need them.

RavenWatch 1.2.1 — First public release - One timer, wherever you work. Start from the main window or use the small, always-on-top pop-out while you work in other apps. - Pause without counting breaks. Resume from where you left off. Break time won’t be added to your tracked hours or earnings. - Pick up later. An unfinished timer retains its state when you reopen RavenWatch. You can also hide the pop-out without stopping your work. - Correct your records. Add forgotten time manually, or edit and remove entries. Projects and earnings - Create and archive projects to keep different jobs organised. - Set a default hourly rate or a different rate for each project. Changing a rate won’t change past work. - Review hours and earnings at a glance, and filter entries by project or date. Reports you can share - Create reports for a month, a date range or all time. Export them as PDFs or spreadsheet-friendly CSV files. - Personalise PDFs with a title, your name, company or brand, and a logo. - Add optional payment instructions and a clickable payment link, such as PayPal or Wise. - Preview and check the PDF before saving. Reports are time summaries, not invoices.
